In the Approval Sequence Status section, you can view approval documents attached by other approvers, and attach an approval document.
To attach an approval sequence document, click Browse, select the file to be attached, and click Open. Then click Upload to store the file into the database. To remove a document that you have uploaded, click Remove File.
Only the current approval sequence user can upload or remove a file even though the
same user might be present more than once in the approval sequence.
To view an approval sequence document, click Download next to the file name.
