The Progress by Milestone report can be used to visualize the progress of a planned requisition based on a selected milestone. The report utilizes the Planned, Forecast and Actual date information of the selected milestone.
In the Selection box, you can select one or multiple values from the following lists, to filter and limit the displayed data accordingly:
-
Project - Project for which the planned requisition is created
-
Requisition Type - The requisition type influences which agreement type is available for the requisition later on. The available types are Order and Subcontract.
-
Origin - The originator of the requisition.
-
Milestone Set - The set of milestones assigned to the planned requisition, by which the requisition can be tracked. The selection of milestone sets restricts the list of available milestone labels
-
Agreement Type - The available agreement types of a planned requisition depend on the purchase indicator of the requisition, the requisition type, and the setting of project default ZP_CONSPCI.
-
Scope - Scope of planning covered by the planned requisition. The scope can be used to limit the planning and, subsequently, the tracking of milestones to focus on either the inquiry-only requisition or the requisition for purchase.
The selection is limited to a maximum number of 1,800 entries.
To select multiple values, press and hold CTRL while selecting values from the list.
After selecting the values, click Go to apply the filter.
To remove the filter and display all data, click Clear All.
Click to collapse the Selection box. To display the Selection box again, click .
The chart legend entries are truncated if their length exceeds 30 characters.
To run the report, select a milestone from the Milestone Label list. The result is displayed in two report formats.
