In the Activities grid, click Add Row.

Enter a unique number in the Seq cell and the activity name in the Activity cell.
The relevant construction site activities are welding, piping, painting and insulation.

Add the descriptions in the Short Description and Description cells

Use the select list to select the appropriate Where Condition.
