The Heat Number Query screen allows you to search for an inventory based on the heat number. Heat number query displays the statuses of the heat numbers and shows heat numbers with quantities and warehouse information. It consist of two sections, heat number and inventory total.

On the Home page, click Site > Warehouse Management > Inventory Management > Heat Number Query.

Click on the Search box, type a search string, and click Go.
The heat numbers are displayed with information such as Certificate Number, Manufacturer, File Location, Received Quantity, Reserved Quantity, Issued Quantity, Item Ship Quantity, Physical Count Quantity, and Transfer Quantity.

Select a heat number to view further information in the Inventory Total such as Warehouse, Location, Receipt Status, and Inventory On-hand Quantity.

Click the Received Quantity, Reserved Quantity, Issued Quantity, Item Ship Quantity, Physical Count Quantity, or Transfer Quantity links to show further information related to the selected quantities.
