When an engineering requisition is created from the requisition planning a list of potential bidders is attached to the suggested bidders of the requisition. This page is used to modify the suggested bidders or assign new bidders to a requisition. If a bidder does not exist in the system, you can enter and save them manually along with the company name. Such bidders are stored in the Suggested Bidders folder and are not populated over the system.
