On the Home page, click Other Tasks > Document Sets.

In the Document Sets block, click Add Row.

Type the name of the set in Document Set cell and add the short description and description in the Short Description and the Description cells.

To create a new revision of a document set, click Revision.

In the Document Set Details block, click Add Document.
The File Name in the Documents Set Details block is a hyperlink that either navigates to a URL or downloads the file based on the path type of the document. This Path type is not a visible detail in the grid.

In the Documents window, select the checkboxes for the documents you want to add to the set.

Select the checkbox for Display Only Highest Revision to see only the latest revisions and click Add.
