Generic value mapping can be added at any level in the mapper file. It is used to map generic values.
To add Attribute Value Mapping:

Right-click the element to add Attribute Value Mapping and select Add > Value Mapping > Generic Value Mapping.
The Add Generic Value Mapping dialog box is displayed.

Specify the generic value in the Attribute Name column and the mapped value in the Attribute Value column. See Generic Value Mapping in Mapping Attribute Values.

Click OK.
Current Generic Value mapping is added to the tree view.
