Select Workshare > Synchronize Shared Items.

On the Synchronizing Shared Items dialog, select View Log to see the record of this synchronization operation.
If you want to defer this activity, or schedule it on a regular interval, you can
select Workshare > Schedule Synchronize Shared Items. Follow the instructions on the Schedule Task Wizard.
