The CpCvRatio property sets or returns a ratio of the specific heat at constant pressure (Cp) with the specific heat at constant volume (Cv).
The CpCvRatio property applies to pipe runs. It has been normalized in the data model to allow multiple Cp/Cv ratios to be defined
for various cases. For example, Oper Max CpCvRatio and Oper Min CpCvRatio.
