Select SmartPlant > To Do List.

Double-click each task to be included in the filter to open its Properties dialog.

On the General tab, enter free text as needed in the Task assignment field to define the task assignment.

On the toolbar, select Filter / Sort Tasks .

On the Filter / Sort dialog, select the Filter tab.

Beside the Filter name box, select the ellipsis button.

Select a folder and select New to create a new filter.

On the New Filter dialog, select Simple filter.

On the Add Filter dialog, define a filter using the Task Assignment property as shown in the example below.
In the Value field, you can use a percent sign (%) as a wildcard character to find multiple characters or an underscore (_) as a wildcard character for a single character.

Select OK to apply the filter on the To Do List.
