To configure the host site for Workshare, you must do the following:

Enable the plant structure for Workshare

Create satellite slots.

Manually transmit the Workshare password, satellite template (.sat) files, and reference data, if it has been modified, to the satellite sites via e-mail, network share, CD, or other means.
Prior to enabling Workshare, you must have already created a site and plant structure,
associated the Smart P&ID application with the plant structure, and defined user access rights for the Smart P&ID application.
