When the software encounters an error in any database action, the Message View opens to the Grid View or Edit Form. The Message View displays the error message and a detailed description.
In the Grid View, the error provider displays next to the row where the software encountered the problem (see Row Error). In an edit form, the software displays the Message View when it encounters an error, as shown below.
To open or close Message View in the Grid View:

Click the error provider, as shown below.

Click Close Message
on the main list toolbar to close the Message View.
To close Error View from an edit form:
Click Close Message .
If Message View does not display Close Message , click Reset 
to refresh the grid data and close the Message View.
