Creating Jobs - Intergraph Smart Production - 20 - Help - Hexagon

To create a job using automated sorting:

1. Select the orders on the main list Orders tab.

2. Drag the orders to the New Automated Sorting Job box at the top of the Jobs panel.

   

   The software sorts the orders by thickness and quality, and creates a new job for each different thickness and quality. The software also adds suitable plate material and remnants to the job. The new job displays on the jobs list. Double-click the new job to open it.

To create a job automatically without sorting:

1. Select the orders on the main list Orders tab.

2. Drag the orders to the New Job box on the Jobs panel.

   

   The software creates a new job. The new job displays on the jobs list. Double-click the new job to open it.

To add plates or remnants to the job:

Drag items to the Jobs list.

To create a new blank job:

1. Click New Job .

   The software adds a new blank job to the Jobs list.

2. Drag Items to the Jobs list.
