Click Line
on the toolbar to display the Draw Line properties in the State Manager.

Select the relation to add from the Add relation panel. The example in this procedure uses the Tangential
relation.

Click the target element for the relation in the work area. In the example below, the target element is a circle.
The software adds a tangential relationship to the circle.

Add a Parallel relation
to the nearby line, as shown below.

Type the End point X
and Y 
coordinates in the State Manager. Click Confirm
