Depending on whether technology groups are activated into Parts, the Tool menu contains technologies of the activated technology group.
To use technology groups:

Activate the elements for defining exact technology.

Expand the Technology Group (shown below) drop-down list on the ribbon.

Select the technology group to use from the Technology Group drop-down list. The technology group displays in the Technology box on in the Tool menu. In the example below, Plasma-PlainCuttingUnit-50 is selected.
The technology is set.
