Click Spline on the toolbar to display the Draw Spline properties in the State Manager.
The Confirm button is unavailable until you define at least four fit points for the spline element.
Tangents
Allows you to define the start angle and the end angle for the spline.
Force tangents
Allows you to specify the StartTangent and the End Tangent . Clear this check box to allow the software to calculate the values based on the drawing.
Start Tangent
Defines the start angle for the spline. This property is unavailable if Force tangents is not selected.
End Tangent
Defines the end angle for the spline. This property is unavailable if Force tangents is not selected.
Fit points
Allows you to define coordinates for new fit points. Separate X and Y coordinates using the TAB key.
You can copy X,Y coordinates from another source, such an Excel spreadsheet, and then paste them into the Fit points boxes. The Fit point properties are shown below.
Add fit point
Allows you to add new fit points before or after the active fit point. This command also allows you to remove the active fit point.
Index
Specifies which fit point to define.
Coordinates X,Y
Specifies the coordinates for the selected fit point.
Tool
Specifies how the software interprets the elements when you create cutting paths in the Nesting work area. The following modes are available:
