The Grid View contains column header fields. They enable the user to create simple filter conditions. Multiple filter conditions can be created by entering filter values into multiple column header fields.
Created filter conditions are visible on Filter Editor. Filter icon on top right corner
of a column header indicates that there is a filter condition on the column. 
To create a filter condition with column header field:

Click the column header field.

Enter the filter value into the field.

Press ENTER.
Items on the list are now filtered by thickness value 10 millimeters. Icon
on Thickness column header indicates that the list is filtered by thickness.
