The basic data of a work phase includes its name, cost price, unit sales price, sold count, sales unit profit-%, and sales price. Additionally, the site, workgroup and workplace are given for the work phases. Usually, workload is calculated for all productive work phases, even if the pricing occurred based on something other than the working time. The work phase sales price is the sold count multiplied by the unit sales price. Profit-% is calculated from the cost price for each sales price.

Work phases can be added and deleted manually. When a work phase is selected from the selection list, its sold count is calculated, and the workload group and workplace are set. After saving work phases, the position prices are recalculated. The order of work phases can be modified with the arrow buttons on the left side.

Work phases can be determined so that when you save a position line, the work phase count is recalculated. If the count must remain static in all situations, the work phase line can be locked. Locking always freezes the sold count and can optionally lock the sales price.

Work phases can also be determined conditional. In this case, the work phase is always included in the work chain, but it only becomes a work phase of a position when its count is greater than zero. For example, a drilling work phase can be included in the work chain, but it becomes a work phase of a position only if the part has been given drilling data.

On the lower right side of the work phase list, the cost price and the sales price for one position part displays.

When Show load info is selected, a dialog box displays in which the part-work phases of the count calculation are shown. If Show load info is selected and you then select something from the work phase lists, a dialog box displays. This dialog box displays the contents of the work phase count.

Changing Work Phases in Accordance with another Work Chain

Work phases associated with positions display on the position line according to the selected work chain. Work phases can be changed to be in accordance with another work chain as follows:

  1. Select all the work phase lines and click Delete.

The software asks you to confirm the deletion, and then deletes all the selected work phases.

  2. Select the work chain for the position line.

  3. Save the position line.

The software determines the work phases in accordance with the new work chain.

You can also use the Change Work Chain window. For more information, see Changing Work Chain.
