Often in the calculation rules of position work phases, also all the other positions of the quotation are considered. For example, if a cargo is divided between all positions, the final calculation of the prices can be carried out first when all the positions are entered. Accordingly, if prices have been changed manually, and the original situation based on the pricing list must be returned, recalculation is the solution.

Click Recalculation... in the upper right corner of the position list, to display the Recalculation dialog box.

The selection of the view depends upon whether or not any positions or position work phases are selected when the window is opened.

You determine which positions are included in the calculation with the Target section.

All lines

The calculation is targeted to all the lines. If one position line is checked, the following extra option can be made:

With the same product - The target line will be named by the same material name as the selected line.

With the same torch count - The target line will have the same torch count as the selected line.

The content of the recalculation is determined through the following selection:

Recalculate all work times, use current prices

The amount of all the unlocked work phases will be recalculated, the actual cost prices and sales prices will be used for the work phases. The total price of a work phase can change, in case the sold count changes.

Recalculate all work times, update prices

The amount of all the unlocked work phases will be re-calculated. The sub-selection determines which prices will be updated.

Use cost prices from price list - The valid cost prices will be picked from the price list.

Use sales prices from price list - The valid sales prices will be picked from the price list.

Update material-phases prices

Only the prices of material phases will be updated. Use this option if a previously used quotation must be calculated with current material prices.

Update AAF-phase prices
