Material data of a position line can be changed directly by editing values of the grid. There is also a separate window for the material change, in which you can specify which materials are to be changed. Click Change Material to display the dialog box.
Current material
Specifies the thickness, sales quality, and article number. The software searches for the materials to change based on the given data. If you do not select anything, the material of all positions is changed. If, only the thickness is selected, material of those positions having this thickness is changed. If only the material number is selected, material of those positions having this article number is changed.
New Material
You must select at least the thickness and the sales quality. Thus, the fitting material number will be searched based on the thickness, sales quality, and part size.
Use new material sales prices
Indicates that the sales prices of materials will be updated according to the new material. If this option is cleared, the software uses the existing prices.
