Converts a quotation into a sales order after the customer accepts the quotation.

Select the quotation to convert into a sales order.

Click Make Order
on the toolbar.

Define the options on the dialog as required.

Click Make Order.
Make Order from Quotation Options
Order Number
Displays the automatically generated order number.
Customer Order Number
Enter the customer's order number.
Order Due Data
Specify the delivery date. Be sure to confirm this date with the customer.
Delivery terms
Select the delivery terms.
General Production Info
Enter the general production information.
Use quotation due dates
Select to use the due dates defined in the quotation for the new order positions in the sales order.
One new order
Select to add all positions to a single new order.
Add to existing order
Select to add the positions to a previous order made by the customer. Select the order to add the positions to from the Generated Orders list. You can also select the order by entering the order number in the box, and then clicking the + button.
New order for every quotation line
Select to create an individual order for each position.
One order for one part
Select to create one new order for each part in the quotation.
Generated orders
Displays a list of orders. Select an order to which to add the positions and services of the selected quotation. You must select Add to existing order for this option to be available.
Set selections as default
Click to set Lines add to Order and Services add to Order to the default settings.
Lines add to Order
Select which quotation positions to add to the sales order.
Services add to Order
Select which services to add to the sales order.
Make Order
Click to create the sales order from the quotation using the selected options. The process includes:

Creates a new order using the data retrieved from the quotation. An order number is added to the Created orders list.

Copies the positions and services to the new order.

Copies the estimations of material usage to the new order as reservation need.

Timing is calculated for the new order.
Print order confirmation
Select to open the Print dialog after the sales order is created. This functionality is similar to the printing of a quotation.
