You can create a new version of an existing quotation.

Select the quotation to version from the list.

Click New
on the toolbar.
The New Quotation dialog displays.

Select New version from active quotation.
Previous versions of the quotation display in the Previous versions list.

Type a description in the Version info box for this version.

Click OK.
