Selecting a tree node and then right-clicking displays a menu of commands appropriate for the location. The following things can be added to the structure hierarchy:

  • Main assembly under a structure group

  • Plate part under a structure group or a substructure

  • Profile part under a structure group or a substructure

  • Component part under a structure group or a substructure

  • Substructure under a main structure or another substructure

The element to be added always appears under the selected node in the structure hierarchy. If the added structure or part appears on the main level under a structure group, its ordered count is given. If the structure becomes a substructure or part of a structure, the count of the parts is given. In this case, the ordered count is calculated according to the ordered count of the upper level. In this way, one or more structures can be ordered, and the amount of its substructures and parts can be calculated according to the ordered count of the main level.

In the editing of the tree hierarchy, the lists of the right side synchronized with the changes of the tree.

Elements of the tree can be moved by dragging with the cursor. The software checks the appropriateness of the move. For example, structures and parts of structures can be moved under another structure, but parts and structures are not allowed under parts of structures.
