The Structure Costs tab shows the sum of the parts and structures work phases that belong under the active upper level and have either cost price or sales price. The list contents vary according to the level selected from the tree. In other words, if the highest structure level of the tree is selected, the structure costs list shows the sum of the costs of all the structures and structure parts.
