The system permissions for the user groups are assigned in User Management > Permissions > Functionalities. The available permissions are listed in the Available Permissions list. You can filter the Available Permissions list, by the Module name.
The User Module Permissions tab displays information about the permissions granted to specific user groups.
Assigning permissions

Select a user group from the upper list of the User Group Permissions tab.
The user groups should be set first on User Groups list, see chapter User Groups.

Move the selected permission from the Available Permissions list to the Selected Permissions list.

Give the permission a value, such as Editable or Visible.

Click Save

Assigning Workplace permissions

Select a user group from the upper list of the Workplace Permissions tab.
The user groups should be set first on User Groups list, see chapter User Groups.

Move the selected workplace from the Available Workplaces list to the Selected Workplaces list. The workplaces are configured to the user group of the site. If site is left blank, all workplaces of the sites are available.

Select workplace(s) from Available Workplaces list.
Checking permissions

Go to User Module Permissions tab.

Select the Module from the list.

Select the permission from the upper list.
The list below shows the users to whom the permission has been given, as well as the value of the permission. The user group name through which the user has gained the permission also displays.
Using System as assigned Permissions
If a user has Editable rights the buttons are enable and data can be modified. When a user has Visible right the buttons are not enabled. For an example below the Work Group permission is set to Visible.
