You can create a new calendar in two ways.

Use an existing calendar as a model for a new one

1. Open an existing calendar to be used as a model.

2. Type a new name for the Calendar.

3. Click Insert .

   The application asks if the shift codes should be copied to a new calendar.

4. Click Yes.

   The application creates a new calendar.

Create a new calendar

Select Shift or Week Calendars from the tree.

1. Click Insert .

   The software creates an empty shift calendar with the name "Shift Calendar – ##" or "Week Calendar – ##". You can change this name after the calendar is created.
