The Material Pick List dialog displays when you create a pick list. You can also display this dialog by clicking Maintain > Material Pick Lists > Edit. The Material Pick List dialog controls information for the material picking workshop, such as the due date or the picking workplace name.
List No
Displays the reference number for the list. The software generates this number automatically.
Due Date
Displays the date that the software calculates based on the due dates of the works included in the list.
Picking Workplace
Displays a list of available workplaces. The default workplace displays at the top of the list.
User
Displays the Windows username of the person who is running the system.
Info
Specifies additional information for the pick list. This text also displays in Workshop Material Picking.
Rows
Displays the rows selected from the work queue list. Use the buttons at the side of the list to update or delete rows. You cannot add rows to the pick list after you create it.
Update
Saves any changes that you have made.
Accept
Displays the pick list in Workshop Material Picking.
Sends the pick list to the active printer
Close
Closes the dialog.
