You can check the status of a pick list in the Material Pick Lists dialog or from the work queue list. See Searching and Editing.
Click Maintain > Material Pick Lists to open the Material Pick Lists dialog.
The Pick Lists column displays the number of pick lists created for the work. After the list number, a code displays and indicates the status of the pick list:

Pick list is done but has not been accepted or printed.
(A)
Pick list is accepted.
(P)
Pick list is printed.
(AP)
Pick list is accepted and printed.
(X)
Pick list is picked. This list is marked as picked when all of the items in the list are picked.
