You can freeze works in the beginning of a work queue to stabilize the near future of a work queue. When a work is frozen, it remains in the same position relative to other frozen works around it. Below is an example of a work queue where the works planned to be started in the next 24 hours have been frozen. This ensures that no sudden changes will be made to the near future work queue.

Although it is technically possible to freeze works anywhere in the work queue, it only makes sense to freeze works at the beginning of the work queue and have a continuous queue of frozen works before unfrozen works. If works are frozen between unfrozen works, the unfrozen works can still be shuffled around and therefore the frozen works move as well.

A work can be frozen by selecting it, and then clicking Freeze.

The work can be unfrozen by selecting the frozen work, and then clicking Unfreeze.
