When allowed to add extra items, there must be an other way to tell the time when all receivings are done for a purchase order item. In that case, Close Selected appears and a selected purchase order item can be closed by clicking that command.
Click Close Selected to close the purchase order.
If a parameter NWSPurchaseOrderItemAddingAllowed is TRUE, it is also allowed to reopen the closed purchase order item.
Select a closed purchase order item, click Reopen Select to reopen the purchase order item.
