Profile sawing uses three different tables, which are maintained in the System Settings Operational Settings > Profile Sawing Parameters branch.

Sawing time calculation uses the following elements in calculation:

Total Similar Count =

Same kind of items (material and work phase) piece count inside quotation/order

Row Count =

Count of order items

Bundle Size =

Sawing width / profile width

Count of parts in raw material =

Material length / Part length

Count of raw material =

Order Count (OI) / Count of parts in material

Count of parts in one bundle =

Bundle size * Count of parts in raw material

Count of bundles =

Order Count (OI) / Count of parts in one bundle

Count of head straighten =

Count of raw material + 1

Count of sawing =

Count of head straighten + Order count (OI)

Cutting length =

Calculated from profile type and angles

Total sawing area =

Cutting length * Average Cutting Width

When divide setup (OI) then:

Divided Setup time =

(Setup Time (PP) +
(Row Count * Order Item setup Time (PP)))
/ Total Similar Count)

Cutting Time =

(Total sawing area / Cutting factor (PMF)) * Sawing Factor (PHC)

Line transfer Time =

Material Length /

Side by side count =

Top of each count =

Sawing height (PP) / Profile Height (OI)

Sawing blade return time =

(Head angle and bundle dimension height
* (1 + Part Count (OI)) /
Blade return speed

Checking time =

MAX(0.1 * Part Count (OI), Max Checks (PP))
* Piece check time (PP)

When Part length > Packing length (PP), then:

Packing time =

Upper packing time (PP)

Total work time to one order item piece is calculated by adding elements:
