When the export job was stopped due to an error or it has finished, click the Transfer Job Results tab which displays the output data of the job.

If the export job has passed the Fill interface tables stage, you can manually update the destination created by the job. This manually modified data is considered by the next export job run.

7

Double-clicking the data table name opens grid, which displays all details of the data table in the grid.

Here you can manually change values created by the job or add missing values. All changed or added values are highlighted with a red background color as shown in the example above for the WasherCreationOption values.

8

A right-click in any field opens the following shortcut menu.

9

Select Delete Manual Data to delete the selected manual destination record.

When all manual modifications are done, cancel the job, create a new run, and start this new job to apply these manual modifications in the Fill interface tables stage. The software copies the changed data to the interface tables. After that new run, the manual modifications are displayed with a green background color to indicate that the values were manually entered/changed and transferred to Smart 3D.

You can also do the modifications on the Integration->Smart 3D->Smart 3D Transfer Jobs->Destinations > Data screen. The manual changes are then considered in the next export job run.

Modifications are only allowed on the non-unique key columns. If no unique key is defined for the data table, update of none of the columns is allowed.

Manual modifications are indicated by a different background color. Manually updated data that is not yet copied to the interface tables is indicated by the red color, and the manual changes that were copied by the previous export job run are indicated by the green color.

Select Integration->Smart 3D->Smart 3D Transfer Jobs->Destinations > Definition Attributes from the menu to open the attribute definitions for the selected data table.

Verification Reports

Open Integration->Smart 3D->Smart 3D Transfer Jobs > Transfer Job Verification Results tab to view a list of verification reports that have been run during this job.

11

The Problem check box indicates whether the verification report has any results to display. You can clear the check box if you want to ignore the result.

Each report also has a Problem indicator that is initially checked. It can be cleared once you feel you have removed the related problems. The Report field shows the name of the verification report. In the Description field, the cause of the problem is described.

Select a report to view the list of verification results for that report

12

On the Verification Results tab, you can review the verification results in detail.

To view the Verification Report Reference, navigate to Integration->Smart 3D->Smart 3D Configurations-> Verification sets/reports and double click a verification report.

Here, you can see all data tables that are related to the problem. The Reference column shows the data table name, and the Description column shows hints about how to resolve the problem.

Each reported problem has a Problem indicator that is initially checked. It can be cleared once you feel you have removed the related problems.

You can double-click in different fields of the verification result to cause the software to search for related data in the data table that was selected on the Verification References tab. The software shows the export job data of the related data table. If the data table is not in the job, double-clicking automatically displays the related destination data.
