The best way to review the results is to export the relevant sheets to a test destination, using the workbook only.

  1. Open the SP3D 20.01 Export Jobs screen.

  2. Click New record (or press F6) to create a new job.

  3. Type a name in the Job box.

  4. Select a destination, transfer type, item mapping, template, and config from the LOVs in the corresponding boxes.

  5. Select WRITE_TO_FILE from the Job Goal drop-down list.

  6. Click Save (or press F10) to save the new job.

A message appears, asking whether the sheets belonging to the transfer type should be inserted.

  7. Click No.

  8. On the Selected Sheets tab, click List of values in the Sheet box, and select the following sheets.

  9. On the Selected Spec Items tab, click List of values in the Spec Code box, and select your specification from the list.

  10. Click Save (or press F10) to save the changes.

  11. Click Start Job to run the export job.

After the job completes, review the exported sheet to confirm all is as expected.

  12. Go to the last export job using the API and create a new export.

Or, bulk load into Smart 3D.
