  1. Click Administration > Options to set various options related to logging of errors.

    : The log files help troubleshoot issues you may encounter while using the application.

  2. Click Logs to set the Switch level and Trace output. Switch level indicates when an entry will be made in the log while Trace output controls the details that will be logged.

  3. Ensure the Critical, Error and Warning Switch level check boxes are selected.

  4. Ensure that all the Trace output check boxes are selected.

  5. Click OK to save your changes.

  6. Click Administration > Logs to view the Logs window.

    : Depending on the actions performed, the logs will be created.

  7. Click Server Log tab to see the logs created at the server level.

  8. Click Client Log tab to see the logs created at the client level.

    If you have selected the Information, Verbose or Activity Tracking check boxes in the Options > Log screen then you will see a lot of superfluous entries. These logs are useful when you encounter “unhandled errors”.
