  1. Click SRD > XS10 Component Manager > XS1010 Commodity/Ident Management.

  2. Select Commodity Group/Part/Commodity Code from the list.

  3. Double-click a group or part or commodity code in the tree view to open the grid.

    SHARED Tip You can also open the grid by selecting an item in the tree view and clicking Open grid view OpenGridView on the toolbar.

  4. Find a commodity part or commodity code or ident with attached part data basis information.

  5. Right-click the row header and select Preview.

  6. View the files in the part data basis.
