You can mix and match users with roles in projects. For example, User A can play a Quality Control role in Project X, but in Project Y, the user has a view-only role.

Click Administration > Access Configuration.

Select User – Roles.
The panels listed here are arranged in the order you configure them. First, select a project, then a user, and then a role.

Select a project from the above panel and drag it to the workspace below.

Select the user and drag it to the project to assign the user to the project.

Select the role and drag it to the user to assign a specific role to the user in the project.

Click Save.
