You configure different rules and conditions for each project or configure conditions for all projects. You can define the conditions in AssignmentRulesMapDef sheet under WQMSNDEMatrixRuleMapDef section.

  1. Open WQMS-Admin Excel file.

  2. Navigate to AssignmentRulesMapDef sheet > WQMSNDEMatrixRuleMapDef section, edit and map the following properties from source to target:

    • UID - Type a unique identifier.

    • Name - Enter the same name given for the UID.

    • WQMSAssignRuleConfig: Define or specify the name of the project.

      If you want to configure the conditions for all the projects, specify ALL, if you want to configure the different conditions for a specific project, specify the name of the project and define the relevant conditions

      in WQMSAssignRules_Condition property.

    • WQMSAssignRules_Condition: Specify the condition for the project specified in WQMSAssignRuleConfig property.

      You can configure different properties in NDE Matrix and define the conditions in WQMSAssignRules_Condition property

      For example,

      WQMSNDEM_WeldType[=]WQMSWeld_WeldType|WQMSNDEM_Material[=]WQMSWeld_PipeMaterial

      The welds that match with the Weld type defined in NDE matrix will be considered for lot creation.

    • WQMSAssignRules_SourceDetails - Provide the class definition and column-set for the source separated with a # symbol.

      Source is a user requirement, such as WPS assignment, Welders Log, WQT, and so forth. The properties of these requirements must be mapped to the properties of the weld in the target.

      For example, WQMSNDEMatrix#CS_WQMSNDEMatrix. Here, NDE Matrix is the source.

    • WQMSAssgnRules_TargetDetails - Provide the class definition and column-set for the target separated with a # symbol.

      Target is the weld to which the welders are assigned.

      For example, WQMSWeld#CS_WQMSPIPWELD_ColumnSet. Here, weld is the target.
