In the Lot Management module, you can now choose to apply NDE requirement for partially or half filled lots.
To apply NDE for partially filled lot,

Select the partially filled lot and click Apply NDE icon.
A pop up appears to confirm if you want to close the partially filled lot.

Click OK.
Apply NDE button is enabled only for the partially filled lots and the status of
the lot must be open.
