You can extend the Common Schema by creating an enumerated list as an Enum List Type, which contains the enum entries for a defined property definition.

In the Data Model Administration feature set, select the Create Enum List Type function.

Enter the details, and add the property enum entries to create the enum list type. You can add an enum by searching and selecting the enum from Picklist values or by creating a new enum entry. For more information, see Create an enum entry.

Enum List Types are created in the Draft state by default and are not released to the integration process until they have been reviewed in the Common Schema change request process and set to the Approved state.

When a change request is signed off, the update date is set in the LastUpdatedDate property for the parent Enum list Type.
