An automated workflow is provided to allow you to manage changes to your 3D content for common schema tags.

You need to claim your workflow step when multiple users are assigned to the same user role. To claim a workflow step, select Actions
> Claim Workflow Step.

You can reassign the workflow step, by selecting Actions
> Reassign.
Users should only be assigned roles from their own organization to avoid issues with
the workflow.
Even though tags are moved from one change action to another by the authoring tool,
both change actions must be in the Active state in SDx for that to happen.

The change action has been merged to the project scope, and the 3D content can be modified. When the 3D content has been modified, the change action remains in the Active state until all synchronizations have completed. |

|
The 3D modifications have been sent for review. The change action is in the project scope. |

Design Complete |
|
The reviews have been completed and approved. The change action is in the project scope. |
|
Canceling |
The change action has been rejected. The change action and its related objects are being merged back to the plant scope. |

Canceled |
|
The change action has been rejected. The change action is in the plant scope. |
|
Completed |
|
The change action and its related objects have been merged back to the plant scope and any conflicts have been resolved. |
