The following applies if you are upgrading from a version of the software before
Update 24.
When you upgrade your system to the latest CFIHOS version, the master copy of the MSR 01 iHub EnumToClass mapping is updated accordingly.
You can apply these changes onto the HEX copy of your mappings and use the SDx load file generator utility to create the required CSV files. The load file generator can be downloaded from the Smart Community website. For more information, see Find sample data on Smart Community.
A sample CSV file containing the mappings from enums to document classifications can be found in the PAB system attached to the SDxPAB_EnumToDocClass template document. In the Web Client, select Load Manager > Template Documents to access the template document and the attached CSV file.
You can load the generated CSVs into your system using the Load Manager in the Web Client.

Update the HEX 01 iHub EnumToClass JobDef by adding the HEX v1.4 230 6.3 DDT import definition.

Relate the HEX SDADisciplineDocumentType job details item to the HEX job details object to create the relationship between disciplines and document classifications.
Refer to the MSR job definition object and MSR job details item associated with the
MSR 01 iHub EnumToClass mapping for more information.

Update the import definition on the HEX SDADisciplineDocumentType job details item with HEX v1.4 230 6.3 DDT.

Update the Maximum Number of Control Files argument on the Create HEX 01 iHub EnumToClass Loader method to allow loading of all three of the following CSV files.

A CSV file containing the list of document classifications that need to be imported.

A CSV file containing the list of document type short codes and disciplines to establish the relationships between document classifications and disciplines.

A CSV file containing the mappings from enums to document classifications.
In the enums and document classifications mappings CSV file, add the DocumentType1
value of the authoring tool, and map it to the document classification.
