Create an interface definition for an enum list item - HxGN SDx - Update 61 - Help - Hexagon

This functionality was modified in an update. For more information, see Create an interface definition for an enum list item (Modified in an update).

1. In the Data Model Administration feature set, select Tag Types.

2. In the Tag Types dialog box, expand the tag type hierarchy to locate the list item you want to add a new interface definition to.

   For example, expand TagTypes > Item > Equipment > Black box system.

3. In the main window, select the list item options , and click CREATE INTERFACE DEFINITION.

   

4. Complete the create form details for the new interface definition, and click FINISH.

   The new draft interface definition is displayed highlighted by the blue tick in the INTERFACE DEFINITIONS list for the selected enum type.

You can edit the interface definition by selecting it, and clicking options . Delete is only allowed if the interface definition is in Draft status.
