The following sections describe known issues related to this version of the product.
Release Notes Included with Setup Missing Upgrade Information
The Release Notes PDF included in the setup program is missing upgrade details for customers using PAS Dashboard with PlantState Integrity. If you are upgrading from a previous version of PlantState Integrity and the [Dashboard - PlantState Standard] asset model, you must complete additional steps to resolve hyperlink errors from PAS Dashboard widgets to PlantState Integrity. For more information, see To Install This Version.
Some Widgets Display "Not Calculated/No Data to Display" After Scheduled Calculation
When you schedule multiple widgets to run calculations at the same time of day, some widgets might not finish and no event messages show in the event viewer. To work around this issue, take any of the following actions:
-
Manually recalculate any widgets that are not displaying data.
-
Wait for the next scheduled calculation to run.
-
Tune your scheduled calculations to begin at various times instead of beginning all at the same time. For example, set some widgets to begin calculations at 12:00 and others to begin at 12:30.
Error Message Possible When Location Stop List Is Configured
The following error message can show in the event viewer when you configure the Location Stop List on the Miscellaneous Settings window to hide objects from calculations:
Error - Error saving DatabaseObject. System.InvalidOperationException: Collection was modified; enumeration operation may not execute.
at System.ThrowHelper.ThrowInvalidOperationException(ExceptionResource resource)
at System.Collections.Generic.Dictionary`2.KeyCollection.Enumerator.MoveNext()
at PAS.NOCDashCore.DatabaseObject.SavePrivate(Boolean SaveSubsetOnly, Boolean ClearOldLargeProperties, ArrayList OnlyThese) in F:\Dashboard\Git\NOCDashCore\Core\DatabaseObject.vb:line 1200
PAS Dashboard successfully calculates and displays your widgets even when this error displays.
Calculations Can Require an Extended Time Period
If you choose to calculate all, the time required to complete the calculation can be extensive.
PDF File from Data Grid Can Be Incomplete
When you export information to a PDF file, some information might get truncated or excluded from the PDF file due to page limitations. This issue is most prevalent in Data Grid widgets and popups.
Excel File from Data Grid Can Be Incomplete
When you export information to a spreadsheet file from large Data Grid widgets, PAS Dashboard displays only the page of the Data Grid you are viewing. To work around this, export the entire Data Grid using Cyber Integrity export.
Logons with Explicit Credentials Widget Can Be Missing Data
In some cases, event unit names can have a dollar sign ($) at the end of the unit name that interferes with the Logons with Explicit Credentials widget.
File Transfer Widget Can Be Missing Data
If you do not have the Data Transport Utility correctly configured and the expected folders have not been created on each computer, the File Transfer widget cannot display any data.
PlantState Integrity Standard Dashboard Data Restrictions
The Audit Mismatches widget does not support a customized hierarchy. If you have a customized hierarchy, the data displayed in the Audit Mismatches widget may not be accurate.
If you are using a multi-data owner parameter set, some widgets do not currently provide the color-coded priority break down for that data node.
