Searches for any components with a TERF SKEY. After finding a TERF component, the software searches the rest of the pipeline for any welds that match CENTRE-POINT and BRANCH1-POINT in the TERF component. The matching welds are deleted, and the bore of the CENTRE-POINT weld is applied to any RPAD that has CO-ORDS at the CENTRE-POINT. During import, all deleted welds are regenerated with the correct sizes and in the correct locations.
