Moves material attributes (-80 series records) to component properties (-190 series records). Optionally, use the KEEP keyword to keep the -80 series record. The default is to delete the record.

Specify the attributes in reverse order, so they are added in the proper order.

Detects and repeats part numbers in word 9 and moves them to be -69 records.
