Description
Displays a list of all safety, permits to work, and lockout/tagout records where Safety Review Required is selected for PM schedules, equipment, parts, and standard work orders. The report retrieves the records that have not been previously reviewed.
Parameters
Specify Organization.
Specify the Start Date and End Date for which to retrieve data.
Select the Include Safety Records check box to print safety records.
Select the Include Permit Records check box to print permit records.
Select the Include LOTO Records check box to print lockout/tagout records.
Select the Include Out of Service check box to print all PM, equipment, standard work order, and part records marked Out of Service, but which meet the specified report criteria.
