If you are setting up licensing for a large number of users, we recommend you use
device configuration instead of user configuration. For more information, see Device configurations.
A user configuration is used for all license requests for a specific user. For this configuration, a configuration connection info (.cci) file is required for each user.
A user can be defined when they log on to the device or by the Hexagon application. Please contact Hexagon Support to determine if the application you are running defines the user name.
