Environment variables are not supported when setting up licensing for SmartPlant
Foundation.
In products that are built for Smart Licensing (that is, when the product installation guide or checklist specifies Smart Licensing as a prerequisite), the following environment variables can be used on the client computers:

SLENV_ProjectName
If both the SmartPlant License Manager environment variable ProjectName and the Smart
Licensing environment variable SLENV_ProjectName are defined on a computer, the Smart
Licensing environment variable SLENV_ProjectName takes precedence. The application
uses the value of SLENV_ProjectName to get a license.
