Smart Production uses dual user recognition systems:

Smart Production system authentication - identifies the user at the login screen and assigns permissions to that user.

Windows user name verification - assigns permissions according to the Windows user name.
In both cases, you can use Switch User to log in as SysAdmin and use the administrator permissions to access the Smart Production System Settings.
