Problem
Export process may fail at the third stage of the export process with the following error:
ORA - 12899: value too large for column
Cause
There could be many causes for this error. One of the causes could be the using of SPFLocalFileName as query definition in the export mapping. When the local file path is too lengthy, the query definition exceeds the 128 characters limit, causing this error.
Solution
Use a query definition which is within the specified limit of 128 characters.
Example: +HEXSPFFileComposition.Name,+HEXSPFFileComposition.HEXSPFMajorRevision,+HEXSPFFileComposition.HEXSPFMinorRevision,.Name.
